Although this recipe is simple and does not require complicated cooking, the local Bullet Tuna is transformed into a mouth-watering dish.
Simply mix the juices together and let it rest.
Slice your fish and plate it. Top with thinly sliced onion, small pieces of orange, sliced chilis, basil leaves, mint leaves, salt to taste.
Pour over the marinade and some olive oil on top.
Enjoy within 10-15 minutes with toasted Maltese Bread.
