A crispy, flavour-packed fish burger made with fresh Bullet Tuna patties, lightly seasoned and pan-fried until golden. A satisfying seafood twist on a classic burger.
Note: Values are approximate and may vary depending on pastry brand, oil quantity, and exact ingredient measurements.
Finely slice the Bullet Tuna and add chopped parsley, green onion, 1 egg, breadcrumbs and minced garlic.
Form into patties and cover with a layer of bread crumbs. Fry the patties till golden brown.
In another bowl make the tartar sauce with mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce, mustard, sliced pickles and capers and chopped parsley and dill. Finish with some lemon juice and mix till combined.
Assemble the burger with a toasted brioche bun, slices of tomatoes, lettuce, the crispy fish burger and a generous amount of tartar sauce.
